Returns Policy
We strongly recommend you to order swatch and sample first before buying bulk quantities. Purchases shipped to the India carry a 30-day money back guarantee on all items except clearance, swatches and special make to order fabrics. Contact sales@fabzin.com or +9321517789 to receive a return label and initiate the refund process.
Purchases shipped internationally are eligible for a refund, but customers are responsible for return postage. Please contact sales@fabzin.com or +9321517789 with your order and tracking numbers to initiate the refund process.
Please handle all items with care and return in same condition as when they were received. If an item has been cut, washed or altered, it is not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. If received on a roll, please send back on the same roll to avoid damage.
Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days of the returned item(s) arriving back at our facility in original conditions.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based or volume based depending upon the mode of shipping request for your destination. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kgs or find volumetric weight depending upon item, packaging required.
